Mattress was awful in room 6. Not gluten free toast or cereal despite prior asking. Yoghurt, fruit, ham, cheese and egg were well received

The property is kept clean, it is close to the bus and train stations, also close to restaurants and stores and historical center, the catedral is a few blocks away.

My room was small but adequate. Comfortable bed and chair. Good breakfast. Great Inverness location with easy walk to train station.

Biggest issue was check in. Booking promised to notify me with entry and room codes, but that information was buried deep in a messages icon and I didn't find it. It required me to scroll down past messages I'd already read so it was easy to miss. I arrived early in a heavy downpour hoping to stow my bags. I was lucky there was a cleaner who answered when I pounded on the door because I did not have the entry code. There are no staff members to greet guests or provide any information; it seemed very sterile for a B&B.

Such a cute and cosy room! Great location too with wonderful pubs nearby. Great stopover on our way to the isle of Skye.
