Great location, clean room, comfortable bed and good shower with tea and coffee making facilities. Decent continental breakfast for the price and Naim was a friendly and helpful host. A few minutes' walk to River Ness and the city centre.

Nothing really. Like all places in Inverness at this time of year, it was very expensive, but I'd happily stay here again.

The room was as illustrated in the photos. The room was actually smaller than I thought it would be but we were only there for one night. The owners had just freshly painted the front door trim white, with oil paint. I didn't notice this as there was no sign. While I was trying to open the door with the combination lock, I got white paint on the sleeve of my coat. because it was oil paint I couldn't get it out. I told a woman working there a bit later and suggested they put a note up on the door. They did so.

Parking was a nightmare

Friendly, helpful host, easy to find, close to the river and the train station. The room was comfortable, the shower was good, tea and coffee provided. This was everything we needed for a good night’s sleep on our stopover in Inverness

The room is comfortable for a short stay.

There are quite some steps to reach the room and the bathroom is very small.

No breakfast. Location was less central than expected but not bad. Quite a walk from the train station. However, the hosts were lovely and gave a good ride to the airport.

Checking in was a little confusing. Read the notice all the way to the end!
