"Superb"

"Good price for city centre studio flat"

Nice small studio flat Great for a couple and no more than 2 people. Located in the city centre so close to Nice Restaurants and the beach. Good price

If you go by car you need to know theres no car park available and you have to park on paid car parks nearby (some charge 18 euros a day so its quite expensive). You cannot actually drive by car to the flat, you can only walk. Nearest car parks are like 6-10 mins walk away but some are quite expensive and its hard to find a space when its busy.

"Passable"

On one night, we came back and there was a massive cockroach in the room. We don’t know where it came from since we kept all doors and windows closed. This was quite traumatizing for us and when contacting the owner about it, he ignored us. Apart from this, everything was fine with really good location.

"Sweet, no thrill accommodation bang in the heart of Cefalù with a lovely owner"

The owner was extremely kind, he offered me biscuits and tea to keep during my stay, and on my check out day he greeted me goodbye with friendly chats, a cappuccino and a pastry ❤️

at night time there were a few cats probably in heat and making a lot of noise, as well as building works starting at 8am in a flat nearby, so I didn’t exactly get peaceful sleep. of course this has nothing g to do with the flat and his lovely owner.

"Good choice if you value location over confort"

Host was very nice, I had trouble communicating due to losing my cellphone but he managed to deliver me the keys anyway. The location is extremely central, very near the beach and city center, perfect for me.

The place is VERY small. The frontdoor is right in front of a neighbor that had around 10 cats, and it smelled very strongly of cat pee. Didn't bother me that much but it's an awful first impression.
