"Idyllisches Quartier direkt an der Seine"

Große Suite ca. 50 m2 mit Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Bad in eigenem kleinen Fachwerkhaus. Auch das Haupthaus ist ein typisches Fachwerkhaus mit schönem Garten u. Terrasse, ca. 4 km vor Jumièges. Sehr freundliche ältere Besitzerin. Schöne, ruhige Lage direkt an der Seine. Sehr gutes kont. Frühstück im Wohnzimmer des Haupthauses. Auf Vor-Reservierung wird auch ein sehr gutes, preiswertes Abendessen (Table d´hote) angeboten, das ebenfalls im Wohnzimmer des Haupthauses serviert wird.

"Vraiment trop cher pour le confort offert"

Très bon pdj et accueil sympathique

Par contre mauvais rapport qualité prix pour ce qui concerne la chambre, son confort et notamment les sanitaires rudimentaires (douche dans la chambre, évier dans la chambre, wc derrière une cloison)

Beautiful peaceful location on the banks of the Seine. Lovely traditionl buildings in a fabulous garden setting.I stayed in the quirky Bateau. Very comfortble. Excellent breakfast. My cycling colleague styed in one of the larger suites in a more traditionl building. Excellent breakfast.

Die Lage direkt an der Seine

In der gebuchten Unterkunft gab es weder wifi noch direkt eine Küche wie angegeben. Das Bett war kein Doppelbett wie aufgeführt sondern ein französisches Bett mit einer Decke. Für das gewünschte zweite Bettzeug wurde 11 Euro zusätzlich in Rechnung gestellt. Die Fotos entsprachen nicht der Buchung. Trotz erbetener Ankunft um 16:00 Uhr mussten wir in brütender Hitze bis 17:30 vor dem Tor warten.

Zero response to multiple messages requesting information needed to confirm that the accommodation would meet our needs (re bicycle storage, early check-in, availability of dinner). Given no response, we reluctantly cancelled, providing an explanation as to our reasons. The establishment immediately charged us the full cost of the booking, with no response to any of our messages or to booking.com's follow up. A highly unsatisfactory experience.

"Our experience was appalling and we would not recommend them."

We booked but the hotel was closed and they did not answer the phone. When they tried to claim payment they used a different hotel.
