everything was closed/ gate, main door, flat door/ just with one set of keys.

Property was very spacious, clean and comfortable, and although basic, it had a really good feel, and was very warm. The beds were really comfortable, and the place had a lot of charm - remote, but also cosy. We really enjoyed our stay, and it was excellent value for money for our whole family for 3 nights.

Not so much things we didn't like... Things that were less convenient were the location which is quite a long way from the city centre and from any means of public transport or the nearest shop to buy provisions. It is quite difficult to find, and both times we used taxis, they couldn't find it. But this also gave it a lot of charm, and it is lovely to be a bit remote and right on the river!

Really lovely setting by the river and surrounded by trees. Great to come back after time in the city

we didn’t have bikes with us so a bit of a walk to team stop and shops. Bring a bike if you can
