The owner was very welcoming and accommodating. The home stay is also in a good location near Da Nang airport.

I’m extremely disappointed with our stay. The biggest issue was that the room we received looked nothing like the pictures shown on the website. What was advertised felt misleading at best and verged on outright misrepresentation. We had specifically booked a “large” double room, but were instead given a very small, cramped space that barely allowed for comfortable movement. When we raised this with the staff, their response was frankly shocking—they asked how we could expect a bigger room at that price. Rather than attempting to resolve the issue or offer any form of upgrade, they simply suggested a refund, which felt less like a genuine solution and more like a subtle, tactical way of pushing us out—almost as if our “purchasing power” determined whether we deserved basic accuracy in what was promised. To clarify the situation, we even asked to see what they considered a “smaller” room. It turns out, there wasn’t one. However, there were clearly larger rooms available on the property. This makes it evident that the hotel is deliberately marketing its smaller rooms as “large,” relying on misleading images and descriptions. At that point, it no longer felt like a misunderstanding—it felt intentionally deceptive. Overall, the experience was frustrating and deeply unprofessional. I would strongly caution others to be careful and manage expectations before booking.

Personnel très sympathique, prix très intéressant. Les draps étaient propres et le lit bien fait

Nothing much, everything is good. Just a small concern over the location, as it was somewhat far from the most happening locations in Da Nang. Except this everything is perfectly 👌

Near airport just like we wanted. Mosquitoes may be because it was raining. But she gave us mosquito bat. Was good enough for a night stay and early morning flight

Świetne miejsce na pobyt! Apartamenty bardzo komfortowe, czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Wszystko przygotowane z dużą dbałością o szczegóły, dzięki czemu można naprawdę odpocząć po całym dniu zwiedzania. Ogromnym plusem jest przesympatyczna właścicielka – pomocna, życzliwa i zawsze uśmiechnięta. Dzięki niej od razu można poczuć się jak u siebie. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce każdemu! 😊

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber.

Die Kommunikation vor der Anreise hat leider gar nicht geklappt. Wir hatten uns Wochen vor der Ankunft schon erkundigt ob man sich vor Ort Roller mieten könnte (was wohl geht) oder ob man früher einchecken könnte, haben jedoch leider keine Antwort auf unsere Nachricht erhalten. Beides war leider bei unserer Ankunft nicht mehr möglich (Roller vergriffen, Zimmer noch nicht bereit).
