Clean, spacious and comfortable

Location and other flat stuffs are fine

We struggled a lot during sleeping. It was too noisy. Everyday after 11am there were lot of noises.

Warm and cosy place to stay.

There were some tiny flea flying around in the room.

Apartment was very clean and well equipped. It was dog-friendly and central. Communication was excellent regarding a minor issue we had.

A bedside light would have been useful.

The apartment is in walking distance to the town centre of Douglas. Beautiful view onto the park opposite the apartment building. Dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment was nice to have.

The shower head wouldn't stay in position so we had to help ourselves and put tinfoil under it in order to shower and it was also quite low (if you are over 1.75m you have trouble fitting under the shower. The kitchen was ok but a few things were missing, like a sharp knife. One of the bigger problems were the doors as none of them would stay open we had to use door stoppers and chairs to keep them open because otherwise they would have banged into each other when opened at the same time (which was the case when you enter the living room from the hallway and bedroom at the same time). The biggest issue was the small bed/bedroom. The queen size bed was almost as wide as the room which made it impossible for both of us getting up comfortable without banging against the wall or door... we had to push the bed against one side of the room in order to be able to walk into the room and passed the bed to reach the wardrobe. And the matrace was quite hard and uncomfortable and not big enough for 2 people to sleep comfortably.

Up hill from promenade made it difficult to get to and from transport facilities. No air conditioning or fans to cope with heat.

We stayed in apartment 4 for 4 nights 8-12 August. Great location. Good communication from Scott. Very close to the Promenade, town centre etc. Also very close to the lovely Noble park which my loves and the Splash park.Supermarket is just a few minutes walk. Loved the self check in. No noise at night. The apartment was clean on arrival. Around lunch the cleaners would come in to empty bins and were very polite, if you ask anything to clean or fresh towels they would do so. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed like pots, pans, chopping boards, utensils etc. The fridge was nice and clean. We used the the cooker and oven which was clean and worked fine. The fridge kept our food fresh even the freezer was good too. Microwave was good. The washing machine we used it once and it was good.Will definitely stay again.

Could do with new furniture like sofas and new carpet. As you walk bare footed you can feel the nails down especially when you enter the bedroom.If you're not too fussy about cleanliness the bathroom is clean enough.

Great apartment, had everything we needed, we have stayed before and will again.
