It was very clean, very welcoming. Inside the dome was very nice. Had a hot tub but didn't use it.

"Very nice, could be perfect with a few improvements"

8.0

The pods were beautifully located between greenery and flower meadows. We particularly loved the greeting sign with our name on it. The site is very well organised with dedicated toilets, shower, washing up and waste areas. All very clean and very tidy. The hot tub was amazing, very clean, spacious and super relaxing. We had issues with the wood burner and it took longer to heat up than expected and was very smokey. But the host provided more wood to make sure we don’t run out. In the end it was lovely and warm and we were able to use it the next morning, as it was still hot.

The issues with the leaking wood burner was uncomfortable because the smoke coming from it spread over the entire campsite. We suggest that this burner gets replaced to avoid future inconvenience. For the price we also expected basic cooking essentials such as oil, salt, pepper, sugar, tea bags, coffee etc. A fridge on site would also help to keep things cold. Especially for short stays it makes it quite complicated logistically to bring everything (cool box, ice packs etc)with you. A little bit of a shame about the train line running directly past the pods, but there is obviously nothing that can be done about that.
