The location is great...fantastic views of the ocean!! Close to 1 mile beach & main beach, shops, cafes. The accommodation booking staff were very helpful and quick to respond. The kitchen is very well appointed with enough crockery, cutlery, glassware, etc.

Considering the house has no air conditioning, it would've been really good to have ceiling fans in all the bedrooms & living area, especially since the weather was quite humid. The ensuite bathroom to the last bedroom at the end of the hall could do with a small bin, just like the other bathrooms. The TV in the bedroom next to the laundry has no signal at all, as there is no antenna, so unless you can play DVDs/videos through it, it's pointless having it there. The supplied pillows to all the beds are very much showing their age...very flat & smelly.

The view was sensational, always spotting dolphins! Prime location. Good coffee shop down by the beach which is a short walking distance. Very comfortable all round. Big tv for chill out nights. Two dining tables so we could easily set up a permanent puzzle area lol.

There was a shower curtain rod that was not permanently fixed and my daughter pulled it down while I’m the bath. I left it down as it was a hazard. A proper one needs to be fixed with screws to prevent anyone hurting themselves in the future. Spoke with the real estate so hopefully it’s been addressed accordingly. Balcony balustrade may need to be looked at, slightly wobbly in one spot at the front.

Faults inside the house: sun blinds that fell down when closing and hurting visitor, washing machine (not being used) somehow filled and overflowed onto floor, light switches not working, bedroom that shouldn’t have been classified as a bedroom as no privacy or door except a wooden screen that could easily fall over, hand held shower in one of the bathrooms not able to be used, house was not really clean and had a salty feel about it, unstable outside stairs entry to house

dirty benches - dust on bed frames and drawers nail poking out of deck - cut foot fridge was not set on cold. our food went off and we wondered why we felt sick until we checked the fridge temperature- had to waste food. a switch in bedroom zapped my grandfather this is very dangerous shower in shared bathroom has no water pressure and the bath was super slippery and dangerous there was much more and we left a note with the accomodation and never heard anything back. would have been nice to know our feedback was read and looked at.

The view was spectacular, with daily sightings of dolphins form the Balcony. A well-equipped, expansive home, had easy access to the beach. Ideal room options, everything you could wish for on a family beach holiday
