Pas d'ascenseur et escalier raide. Logement très petit. Bruyant le matin à cause du chantier sous la fenêtre.

Comfy and clean

Customer service and clear communication, while i was supposed to check in at 4pm, i got my details which are incorrect at 5pm. Who compensates for that 1 hr. Parking which was booked prior changed last minute and never got parking pass for another spot located. Commmunication was clearly missing and that was frustating when you have to call customer service for every little thing and get wrong/incorrect information repeatedly.

L emplacement et la rapidité des réponses aux questions. Le 1 er appartement était bien isolé sur le côté cour, le second côté rue était plus bruyant et plus petit.

Super bel appartement petit, confortable décoré avec goût et près de tout! Personnel à l’écoute! Je recommande fortement!

Great location!

Great location: Petite Italie neighborhood of Montreal, fantastic for food, especially. It’s a safe neighborhood, with homes in nearby streets and locals out walking or in restaurants. Studio is a good size and has a closet to hang clothes. One has enough room to open a suitcase ne walk about. My studio faced the back street, so it was quiet in the night—thankful for that! One could hear people in the unit above if they walked around (or snored), but I was generally fine.

No complaints, just noting there is a standard oven, but no microwave oven in case other guests want that. Further, many Montreal buildings that have such studios typically don’t have elevators, so note that one has to go up a few flights of stairs for upper level units.
