A lovely corner of Moyobamba. Nice rooms with a pleasant garden.

The staff seemed to be paranoid about locking the front gate, so I often had to wait around to be let in or out. (Moyobamba is not a dangerous place, so unsure about why this was.) They also didn't provide any drinking water or have any for sale.

Quiet, clean, modern, beautiful garden. The owner is very welcoming and will provide you with lots of information about what to do, see in town and the region. A little gem!

Everything was clean and organized. The owner was great and he helped us with information and to arrange a car to Chachapoyas.

The owners of this hotel are incredibly kind and welcoming, and they’ve decorated the place beautifully with great attention to detail. Despite the language barrier (I don’t speak much Spanish), they were more than happy to give me excellent tips about the local area and recommend some amazing spots for food. When I accidentally left my AirPods behind, they went above and beyond by chasing me down on a motorcycle to the bus station just to return them. Such incredible hospitality! If you’re looking for a peaceful, family-like atmosphere, this is the perfect place to stay!

Quiet neighborhood. Bed was comfortable. Near panoramic lookouts. Nice inner garden and rest area.

Long walk to Plaza de Armas and central market. Few restaurants nearby. Room with 2 beds felt cramped with little space to fully unpack or hang much clothing. Charge 6% if paying with a credit card.

The staff were super kind (always willing to help), the room was clean and nice. They let us leave our bags for the day we had a tour

Great hospedaje in a quiet neighborhood. Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Nice garden. The breakfast is good. Cool owner and staff who provide a lot of information about things to do.

There was no wardrobe or anything to store your clothes.

Very clean and quiet

Difficult to get a mototaxi from there. Owner kindly offers to take you on the back of his motorcycle but it would feel much safer if owner could call a mototaxi if one need to leave at a fixed time so one does not need to walk some blocks until one finds one They seem not used to pack breakfast. A banana and apple is better than nothing but not really filling. A bread with cheese, or avocado or egg would be a valuable addition.
