"Apartamento sorprendente"

Muy buena ubicación. Muy amplio y acogedor (una gran mesa y 6 sillas muy cómodas) Ropa de cama y almohadas de sobra, por si hacía falta más. Excepcional la decoración: ventanas de madera reformadas con dobles cristales y la techumbre es original de madera (una obra de arte). WiFi en el apartamento (menos mal, porque en esa zona de calles estrechas la cobertura móvil es muy escasa). Parking a 5 minutos

Nada. No comprendo las bajas puntuaciones, porque la experiencia de nuestra familia fue perfecta.

"Super Lage, mäßiger Zustand, etwas deprimierend"

Die Lage ist super, sehr zentral. Im arabischen Viertel der Altstadt. Es war dennoch sehr ruhig in der Nacht (Mitte Oktober 2025). Fenster zum Innenhof. Die beiden Badezimmer prima, schön renoviert. Die Wohnung war sauber.

Kommunikation nur auf Spanisch. WLAN Passwort nur auf Nachfrage. WLan nicht in der ganzen Wohnung gut. Wir waren in Wohnung 2 im 1. Stock. Ein Bett hatte eine fehlende Latte im Lattenrost am Fußende. Dieses hing daher durch. Die Bilder vermitteln einen gemütlicheren Eindruck als es war. Die Wohnung zeigte einen etwas abgewohnten, angeranzten Zustand. Unter dem Boiler in der Küche stand ein Eimer, um Tropfen aufzufangen. Die "Pappdielen" im Flur waren aufgequollen/ausgebrochen. Es scheint einen Wasserschaden gegeben zu haben. Im Treppenhaus war die Treppe in den 2. Stock von unten mit Plastikfolie abgedeckt. Das Schloss an der Haustür war in einem misarablen Zustand. Nur mit Geduld und Wackeln ließ sich die Tür mit dem Schlüssel öffnen.

"Apartamento apañado para 2 días"

La zona ,todo ésta cerca ,y las vistas son muy buenas.Las camas,también debo añadir que eran muy cómodas ,el apartamento en si era muy mono .

No me gustó que los servicios eran muy limitados,como el papel y que apenas habían utensilios de cocina .
