The property is large enough to accomodate us 12 people in it. We believe it can accomodate more people. Games room is full with fun. Beds are comfy except for the one with iron base.(day bed) Located in the middle of a large land where we cannot hear any cars or other people ... only the sound of nature and our kids laughters... We saw kangaroos around too... The kitchen is fully equipped too. Everything is labelled and notes are clearly written in the Guest Manual. Basically everything is well organised. We love it.

One queen bed with a bunk is so comfy but the bunk is way too short... even for big kids... but it's okay for small kids. Definitely not for adults. The iron base day bed opened to become king bed, was okay but not as comfy as the other beds. I would suggest the owner to replace that with normal queen bed. Everything else is perfect!

Perfect getaway set in nature, highlights being kangaroo and wombat sightings and friendly nods from the beautiful horses and hens on the farm. Excellent rooms and generous hospitality, thank you Deb!
