Staff was wonderful!

The hotel owners are really kind and friendly. They helped us book tours and recommended restaurants and places to visit. Our rooms were cleaned every day and new towels were provided. There was a water refill station in the lobby that was free of charge. They also have a laundry service. I would definitely recommend this hotel. You should use a translator app if you can't speak vietnamese though.

The location was pretty dead at the time we were there (November). There are few restaurants and no sights in the area. All we saw were empty hotels lined up next to each other. However, there was more to see on the east side of Ha Long.

The tenants were incredibly kind, nice and helpful. They took some time to help us find our cruise to halong bay for a really decent price. I highly recommend this place.

Firstly, it is very expensive for a small room, about 18-20m2 . it's jst had 2 bed rooms, a small table and cabinet, there is not a small space for relaxation. addition, I'm really really exhausted with noisy outsite. The room dont have any system to isolate the noisy. It makes me disappointed.

A clean, comfortable room. Netflix on the TV was great as there’s not much to do in the area. The staff were helpful.

The shower was awful, it could only be boiling hot or freezing cold. Also the area is like a ghost town so you can struggle to find things to do.
