aká je kvalita personálu taká je priamo úmerná kvalita služieb, v danom prípade bol personál hotela mimoriadne milý, ústretový a prirodzene priateľský, od recepcie cez reštauráciu alebo bar, raňajky boli na nadpriemernej úrovni, aj pri neskoršom príchode bolo jedlo pravidelne doplnené, smart charakter hotela tiež príjemne prekvapil, sauny boli výborné, trochu menší priestor ale skutočne výnimočná oddychová miestnosť
