I love this place and I feel that it is like my home in Lebanon, a beautiful place, very clean and with upscale treatment

The only good thing about this hotel is the breakfast.

Everything. I've visited more than 200 hotels around the world and this was my worst experience . I booked 3 nights but couldn't stay more than 1 night and a half! We were the only customers in the hotel so it felt like a building for ghosts more than a hotel ! One important advice for the guests who are thinking about staying in this place: don't ask the staff to make you coffee or tea . They use the tap water!! And we all know that tap water in Lebanon is not drinkable. We had diarrhea after drinking the coffee so we had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night to see a Doctor and booked in another hotel even though the night was already paid there but health comes first And don't stay in the first floor, they don't turn on the lights in the couloir !!! So you might hurt yourself because of the darkness there!! So sad.. we lost money, time, energy and health during those 36 hours...

Everything was perfect, the location of the hotel was in the center and close to everything, the room was perfect from cleanliness to space to view.. The staff was amazing and super friendly and Stephanie was so helpful and supportive and was super friendly…

Property was clean and miss Stephany was very welcoming and followed up on everything. Highly recommended calm well organised and generous breakfast. Excellent location 2min from highway and 5min from jounieh souk.

HOtello was an amazing experience! We felt like home, and the team is extremely friendly and lovable. They did their absolute best to serve us, provide a taxi for us and make sure everything is settled and that we are comfortable. We are definitely planning to come here again next time we're in Lebanon, given the great experience and the very reasonable prices. Special thanks Stephany, Jebril and Abou Salah :))!

Coming from an Arab country, we wished there was a bidet, other than that the place was perfectly clean

During my stay at Hotello Guset Suites, I had an incredible experience. The attention to detail and the level of service were exceptional. The room was spacious, elegantly designed, and impeccably clean. The staff were accommodating and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was tasty, and I truly appreciated the value for the price paid. I would like to extend my gratitude to the staff for their excellent service throughout my stay. I highly recommend Hotello Guset Suites for anyone looking for a remarkable and memorable stay.

I would have preferred if there was a shataf (شطاف) in the bathroom for added convenience.
