Gute Lage, 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt.

Wasserschaden im Eingangsbereich des Bades. Laminat ist total kaputt. Nach dem Duschen drückt das Wasser durch das Laminat in den Wohnungsraum. Balkon ist kaputt, nicht zu empfehlen diesen zu betreten.
