Fantastic cosy apartment for an unbelievable price. Stayed here for 2 nights after snowboarding in Mestia for the season, before heading back to the UK. I love this street and stayed at a different place in Oct. This was the best price on booking for the 2 nights (apart from a hostel) and it was for an apartment! Fantastic value. It is a very cosy apartment with bathroom small kitchen (has a Moka pot too) and stove, fridge etc. Has a large double bed and a room with 2 singles. There is a lovely balcony outside and views to the mountains. Literally 6 mins walk to the fountain in the center and the main park. 10/10 A bonus! The owner has a new 4 month old chihuahua which is adorable and very friendly.

Jedyny minus to brak okna w sypialni, przez co jest lekko ciemno, ale to szczegół

C'était très bien et même au-delà de mes attentes ! La chambre était chaude, spacieuse, le check-in était simple et efficace. L'emplacement est aussi à 2 pas du centre et des différentes navettes pour faire du tourisme tout autour. Si je reviens à Kutaisi, je reprendrai sans hésiter cet hotel !
