Hotel Restaurant Raben

Enjoyed my stay at Hotel Raben in Linthal very much. The room and bathroom were very clean, the staff friendly and attentive and the breakfast buffet was extensive with cheese, meats, eggs, pastries, many types of bread, muesli, cereals, yogurt, coffee, juice, fresh fruits and more served in a lovely dining area with beautiful views. My room also had beautiful views of the picturesque town and mountains. The room was a good size with good lighting, had a wardrobe, a TV, desk and chair, a nightstand and a comfortable bed. Conveniently located by a grocery store, a short walk to a bank, the train station and the funicular to Braunwald. Dinner in the restaurant was also a great experience- had a delicious chicken cordon bleu and an excellent salad, with generous portions. Service for our party of 9 was excellent. Everyone was pleased with their entrees and the wine. There is also an outdoor dining area, an outdoor play area and an indoor playroom for children, free WiFi and parking for cars and bikes. Great accommodation, great food, great experience and a great value. Many thanks to the Familie Kenel for a very pleasant stay at their lovely Hotel Raben!

I wish I could have stayed another week and could learn to make the chicken cordon bleu as well as was prepared there!

Very friendly, kind and helpful people, the hotel was super-clean and comfortable, cozy restaurant on the first floor. Not far from the Braunwald funicular, easy access, central location.
