Hame on Skye was nicely decorated and quaint. We really enjoyed the atmosphere, the friendly staff, the breakfast, and the lounge. We stayed for one night, but I wish we were able to stay longer. It was very comfortable and relaxing. Not to mention, the view of the water and landscape was extremely peaceful.

Wifi didn't work, with no mobile reception it was not ideal. Breakfast was poor and corridors were noisy.

Beautiful setting, vegan options, main course was good.

Main concern was pudding was detailed to us as a mochi ball made with raspberry in the rice paper but we suspected it was a little moon shop bought passionfruit mango mochi ball, on check out we asked and they confirmed it was. Felt cheated then main element of the pudding was shop bought and was presented to us with the chef explaining the dish as if they had made it. Therefore made us question all the other elements and therefore made the rest of the meal and experience less enjoyable. Was the cucumber really from the neighbour down the road? Was the soup made by them or bought in? Suspect the raspberry little meringues which were perfectly formed were also bought in. I suspect they aren't pudding makers? Main was very well cooked meat and fish in comparison. Mould in bathroom wall/ceiling, floors worn and carpet along hall and in bedroom stained and needed a clean.

Hôtel très calme, propre et personnel sympathique. Breakfast génial avec différents plats au choix. Salon très agréable pour se reposer ou déguster un whisky.
