The lift is amazing and authentic, no doubt it should stay in this hotel but it needs a bit of a refresh, need to be injected new life into it.

Nothing is bad or I don’t really like something about the property. But, the price for the room must be reconsidered otherwise it is too expensive for such room.

Room was comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location - central for the stations and town centre. Free coffee all day is a great idea and the breakfast was fine. Excellent value.

The lifts are old and difficult to call from the upper floors.

perfect location

very old interior, VERY When the shower door is closed, there is about a 5cm hole left, the sink interferes with the free use of the toilet, terrible toilet, bed linen quite old
