Tutto veramente perfetto. Piccolo appartamento indipendente, super pulito e bellissimo. Con giardino e possibilità di parcheggio. La proprietaria è gentilissima e disponibile. Letteralmente a due passi dalla Porta Romana e dal centro storico di Sarzana.

Great location, easy to take train if planning to visit Pisa, La Spezia. Entire property to yourself, placed in garden.

Water in the shower has hot and cold water, but it’s hard to set it to your liking (have to play with the valve for some time) - after getting the hang of it it’s not a problem.

Das kleine Häuschen ist hinter dem Haupthaus, und ist trotz vor dem Haupttor Sarzanas sehr ruhig gelegen. Nur 5 Gehminuten in die Stadt...gleich rechts den besten Espresso sowie Granita u. Co ever. Dann links und gerade aus..die beste Osteria der Stadt. Umgebung gibt sehr viel...von la spezia bis hin zum Hafen Porto Venere...5 Terre muss man nicht unbedingt, sehr überfüllt..am besten von la spezia aus eine Bootstour machen. Hat viel mehr von.

The host was very attentive and friendly

Great location. Very quiet and modern. Very kind host. Thoughtful touches throughout the apartment. It has everything you need.

It took several days to heat the house up during winter. Unfortunately the hot water heater stopped working so I had to change locations but these things happen. The hosts were very helpful and I would still return in the summer.

Everything from the cheerful way Pamela , our host greeted us, showed us to the guest quarters, and the guest quarters itself. So comfortable, central to everything in general and clean. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.
