En primer lugar no tenian ascensor y tuvimos que cargar con todo el equipaje pesado hasta la 3era planta.la puerta del lavabo antigua y desgastada y el cubo de basura roto

The room was ok and I had a pleasant night

Unfortunately the lady in reception was really rude and made us really uncomfortable immediately at the first interaction! We had a cancelled flight that forced us to stay one more night in the city, we arrived there exhausted and that attitude from the staff was really disappointing! Also the check in process is way too long and slow.

"All good, no problems."

Nice hotel, conveniently located in the middle between the main railway station and city center (20 minutes walk). Quiet room, friendly people, internet works well.

I did not see any elevator . people with reduced mobility might have a problem going to the upper floors. True, the hotel was built quite a long time ago and it would be difficult to add such an facility now.
