Location is good but the passage to the resort needs improvement

No internet, no intercom’s you are totally isolated once you enter the cottage can’t communicate with reception

The Location was beautiful and peaceful place. The food was delicious and friendly Staff.

All were Good.

More dishes for dinner can be added.

The road towards the resort is very narrow and bad condition.

Done my booking on 1st and 2nd jan 2023 via Boking .com and received my booking confirmation mail and message. But ,one day prior to my stay the resort management called me and informed me that thier property is full and i cannot continue with my booking. It was very unfortunate and i have to cancell my whole trip plan as it was impossible to get another booking in one day time during peak season. I have made many bookings before ,via this app and havnt had such a bad experience. This resort management is fraud and as per my knowledge they would have given my confirmed booking to another person for a higher rate. I lost the trust in booking .com after this incident as such an horrible incident happened abojt my confirmed booking . . Looking forward such things will never happen to anyone else.

the staff is very helpful and accommodating with all your requests. it’s a lovely well maintained property with standalone cottages. I left an item back by mistake, and the owner was kind enough to have it couriered to my place with no hesitation. their hospitality is commendable. if you are a dog lover, do ask for the owners dogs and go say hi to them.

the Wi-Fi can be improved, but this is a universal problem across Vagamon. if you wish to work remotely, do plan accordingly.
