Staff go above and beyond, easy going nothing too much trouble regardless of time of day or if they were busy or not Food was outstanding. Stayed 2 nights and meals from breakfast to mains were just fantastic. Great run down of specials and menu, nothing too much trouble if a change was needed. Superb food, tasty, lots of and above all hot on arrival. Great place, great location.

The room was clean and well appointed, free parking on site in the middle of Warwick. Lovely bar and restaurant. Excellent staff.

The staff are lovely very polite and helpful. Food was very good full English was excellent. Bed comfortable. Loads of pillows. Small ensuite but very functional nice shower.

Location, staff, bed, breakfast all very good.

Small (but perfectly functional) room. Hairdryer only worked intermittently. TV OK on terrestrial, but highly flaky on catchup. Shower sprayed everywhere but where it should!

Thought I had booked a twin as travelling with my daughter, but we were given a double room. Extractor fan goes on a long time after turning off bathroom light. Thin walls meant we heard the people next door going to bed. Couldn't work shower initially as an additional switch on wall outside shower cubicle

Everything went well and the food was excellent

The room needed to be made up into two single beds when we arrived. The manager made them up for us, as the staff had forgotten to do so.

The staff were utterly amazing. The food was great. The rooms was cosy. Noise from the pub below was significant, but we didn't mind it at all.

The waitress confused my breakfast order, but I enjoyed it anyway.
