Luxury Split apartment with view

7 min Walk to city center, clean room, have all kind of facilities Traveller needs, host is very nice!

Inside the room all amazing. Very clean all facilities, air conditioning was essential + fridge for those hot days. Bed was super comfy and spacious. Bathroom was clean as well.

Is in a building which is very dark and it is the last floor so you need to take the stairs however it did not disappointed me particularly, the most disappointing thing was that those common areas to reach to the room were stinky. In general looks like every flat has pets and they don’t clean… But room was excellent.. just common areas very stinky.

Neighbourhood felt safe as there are kids running around at night at the neighborhood square. A small convenient shop below the flat as well. Host also provided a free bottle of wine which was very kind 🙂

6th floor stairs was tiring.

The fridge was on the coolest temperature but not really cold. Could only put drinks in it for fear of it not being sufficiently cold for food. I had problems with my transport to reach Split so I asked if there were any drinks like water in the fridge waitingfor my arrival. I was told 'no' but he did get me a bottle since I would arrive after the shops had shut. The white towels were harsh. There were 2 coffee sachets left with 2 creamers for first day. On the 3rd day I asked if any more coffee sachets would be delivered. I was advised that this wasn't usually the case😳 but he dropped 2 more off. I was there 3 nights and unless I had asked for water on arrival there would have been nothing. Luxury apartment? Top floor. No lift.

Bed was a little hard but overall an incredible value for what you pay for :)

Host was very responsive, check in was easy and the room was very comfortable!! There were coffee, tea, sugar etc. sachets to make coffee with as well as some biscuits which was a nice touch. The location was great, we walked to the old town as it was only 10 minutes away.

5 flights of stairs to get to the apartment and no elevator, can be difficult with luggage. Would have preferred to have some plates and cutlery.
