Jardín Playa San Juan

The location is perfect, 2 minutes walk from the beautiful, large beach, shops and restaurants. We loved the garden, the rooms were spatious and nicely furnished and big enough for their purpose. There are two supermarkets around which is handy, restaurants and bars across the road, etc. The Alicante city center is only 15 minutes max on car from the location and it cost £12 in June 2025. Also the airport is a 20 minutes transfer and the cost is around £40 (night transfer)

The kitchen is a bit small but we didn't do any cooking so it was alright. The shower is tiny but manageable unless you are a very big guy.

Apartment was very comfortable, nice garden and good comfortable beds. The host was very helpful a and nice. Thank you.

Spacious and warm apartment. 3 good sized bedrooms . Kitchen and bathroom small but adequate. Plenty of fresh towels. Hot water on tap. Good wifi, so could use tablet for English films. Great to have private garden/ patio where we had breakfast every day. Just round the corner from a five mile beach, with plenty of cafes and bars. Near public transport, both trams and bus.

The garden / terrace was light filled but with no direct sun, though the shade would be great in the hottest months. A couple of noisy bars on the weekend. Occasionally from back bedroom could hear neighbours talking on their patios/ balconies at night.

Noise from the local clubs late at night

I loved the rooms, the kitchen, the dining area, also really liked the garden

I did not like the mattresses on the bed, they are too hard, also I did not like the shower, very small shower room and impossible and constantly the water is too hot and too cold that does not give the opportunity to take a normal shower.

Needs mirrors in the two other bedrooms - struggled to get ready when my daughter was using mirror in her room and hubby was in the bathroom!

Location is just perfect, 2 min from the beach. Beach is great for the swim and tan. Apartment is spacious, has a great big garden area. 3 bedrooms for more guests. Very nice and friendly owners managing the apartment, very cooperative and easy to communicate.

Bed in 2nd bedroom is not very spacious ca 140 cm.

It was a wonderful stay. The apartment is very spacious and just a few steps away to Alicante's best beach San Juan.

Very noisy, you can Hear all the neighbors who are often awake after midnight and even make parties plus bars we also did not find the owner friendly.
