La habitación era muy nueva y limpia, lo agradecimos mucho después de un largo viaje. La ubicación también era muy buena, cerca de la plaza principal y se puede ir andando a todos los lugares de interés en la ciudad.

"Great affordable place for an Arequipa getaway"

It was very clean! The hot water was good. Relatively quiet so it was good for getting good sleep. Mauricio and the other gentleman in charge were cordial and available for any questions.

The curtains are not blackout, at night it's not a problem, but if you want to rest during the day it can be a problem if you are sensitive to light.

"Stay there is you like rude staff and a lot of noise"

Comfortable bed Clean beddings

Stuff is super rude and unattentive. I asked for an extra bed sheet and instead of giving it they asked what problem I had. One soap for 2 people for 3 night. Two tiny pillows. Extremely noisy Street with tons of busses passing the hotel 24/ Room cleaning starts at 8 am and never stops. So you can enjoy vacuuming and laundry all day long Every time you want to go out/get it, you need the staff to let you in/out as the door is always locked.
