Very clean apartment. Comfortable beds!!

Couldn’t find stopper for bathtub

The code we were given didn't work but we contacted the host and were given a new code and were in the apartment within a few minutes. The beds were very comfortable, the suite was clean and everything was nice.

I wished for more kitchen supplies - like a flat frying pan and a bigger one, too. Maybe a couple of pots would be nice, too. There is one big pot. There is no pitcher so we mixed juice in a bowl. There is no salad spinner. There was a big collection of seasoned salts but no regular salt; there was pepper. The worst was that the internet was out on our first night and there was absolutely nothing to do. The whole town closed down at 5pm (the grocery store was open until 8:00 and a restaurant was open) so after going for a walk we just stared at the walls. Some games or more books (the ones in the bedroom seemed more for display than reading) would have been nice.

The apartment is very nice and very clean. Very easy to access the apt, and parking was plentiful

There was some coffee available, but would have really appreciated a tea bag. Cleaning fee was almost as much as the room charge….since we only stayed one night, it was significant.

Exceptional value clean great for a couple of days to get away loved it

The location was perfect for our visit to Hamilton. It was convenient, easy to find, and comfortable. I especially liked that it was clean, and well suited for our short stay.

First. the unit we stayed in (#8) was on the second level. If you are a senior citizen or perhaps have arthritis, or the inability to climb stairs, or have lots of bags, etc., you might want to consider asking for a lower-level unit. Second, we would suggest that grab-bars be installed on the wall outside the bathtub in front of the potty to make it safer to exit the tub/shower. Third, the bottom of the tub itself was very slippery. This could be remedied by purchasing an inexpensive rubber bathmat to be used on the floor of the tub/shower. And lastly, and perhaps the most concerning thing I didn't like, was the fact that on the second night of our visit, about nine in the evening, we heard the code buttons on the exterior of our unit being pressed. My wife and I were on the couch in our pajamas watching TV, and all of a sudden, the door opened and in walked - what looked like to us - a workman of some sort. He was carrying several bags and looked like he was coming to spend the night. He looked around, apparently confused at seeing us already there, and promptly exited and closed the door behind him on the way out. Neither we nor he exchanged any words or actions towards one another. I think it was a big mistake. We didn't feel threatened by the event, but it certainly could have gone downhill in other circumstances. I'm not sure how he managed to have the same door code as ours, but that should not have occurred. This could be easily remedied by allowing inside access to the already installed deadbolt lock on the entrance door. During our stay, it looked like a child-proof cover had been installed on the inside deadbolt making it inaccessible for use by the tenant. Also, steps should be taken to ensure the door codes are not given out two more than two tenants at a time. In all fairness I should mention that I booked through "Booking.com".

It was very clean & felt homey. Great location. The nice thick towels were appreciated.
