Villa Helios

Fabulous location, views, spacious, great shower! Would definitely recommend. Welcome basket of food and ingredients for making sandwiches for picnics was really appreciated. Great Supermarket & delicious Zucchero bakery conveniently located on the way into Lindos.

An as English couple we would really have appreciated some teabags and milk. Oh and bedside tables on both sides of the bed for our morning cuppa! Everything else was great!

Η συγκεκριμένη βίλλα είναι η ιδανική για την απόλυτη ηρεμία σε συνδυασμό με εξυπηρετικους ιδιοκτήτες. Σου παρέχει οτιδήποτε χρειάζεσαι σε ένα σπίτι για να έχεις μια ομαλή καθημερινότητα με όλες τις ανέσεις ιδανικό και για οικογένειες όπως εμείς με δύο μικρά παιδιά. Μέσα έχει άνετο καθιστικό ,δύο υπνοδωμάτια με άνετα κρεβάτια και κουζίνα με υπέροχο πάγκο και πολύ καλο φούρνο και πλήρη εξοπλισμό σε οικιακα σκευη για παρασκευή γευμάτων . Εξω είναι ένας υπέροχος κήπος με καρέκλες τραπεζι και ξαπλώστρες και ένα υπέροχο barbecue το οποίο δεν συναντάς συχνα σε βίλλες. Το πρωινό ξύπνημα εκεί βγαίνοντας στον κήπο με θέα την θάλασσα είναι μοναδικό. Επίσης είναι κοντά σε φούρνο, βενζινάδικο και σούπερμάρκετ κάτι το οποίο είναι ενα ακόμη πλεονέκτημα. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για αυτήν την καταπληκτική διαμονή ήταν ότι χρειαζόμασταν,τα είχε όλα, υπέροχο κήπο & barbecue, πανέμορφη θέα από ψηλά και η απόλυτη ηρεμία.. Εις το επανιδείν!

Αυτό που δεν μας άρεσε ήταν ότι έπρεπε να το αποχωριστούμε🤪 Δεν είχε τίποτα το αρνητικό κάτι το οποίο είναι σπάνιο να μείνεις υπέρευχαριστημένος απο διαμονή σε περίοδο που δεν έχει ξεκινήσει η σεζόν. Εμάς η διαμονή μας ήταν κατά την περίοδο του Πάσχα. Ίί

The property is relaxing and quiet, with beautiful views. We loved the stone walls of the building, and the spacious open plan living area, as well as the garden and everything that was available in the property that was useful. The property feels like it is in a safe location, and not overlooked. The air con was is good working order, and the shower is great. We appreciated the snacks on arrival, and the communication from our contact. The property is worth a stay, only 10 mins drive to Lindos or down to Kalathos beach, go near Ostria Beach Bar, nice and chilled.

We have stayed in many properties all over the world and my feedback would be that the oven was spotlessly clean but has something wrong with it, as it stunk the whole place out when cooking, which did lead us to not be able to use it. The other issue was that their are no instructions for the TV set up. My younger step daughter tried to download the app to get the Smart TV to be linked to the Wifi, and she ended up getting scammed and having to cancel her card details. There are lots of Blu Ray films which we used instead but the sound on these wasn't great. When there are no English channels tuned in and then you cant get on Netflix, as the wifi is not connected to the TV, it is quite frustrating and not something I want to be faffing about with on holiday. So we could only watch DVD's through the TV which is not ideal. Also, the bigger sofa is so uncomfortable to sit on that we had to pile it up with blankets. These are fairly minor things that I am sure can't be sorted pretty quick, cos otherwise everything is brilliant.

Basically, the house was beautiful, but everything is worn out.

pon arrival, the kitchen was dirty — all the surfaces were sticky, the fridge was dirty, and the cookware unusable (scratched Teflon). In the bathroom, the shower was full of mold, the mosquito screens on the doors were torn, and the wood on the terrace was laid in such a way that the edges were sticking up, making it easy to trip. The house looks great from a distance, but up close it is falling apart. Definitely not worth the money.

The Villa was beautiful and extremely well equipped for everything we needed during our stay. It was in a gorgeous quiet location with beautiful views and amazing wildlife. Rooms were a comfortable size and a huge bathroom. The air-conditioning was great and worked perfectly. We were glad to have use of the washing machine and coffee machine. We didn't use the TV during our stay but noticed the big collection of films which might appeal to some families. We just enjoyed sitting in the garden enjoying the sounds of nature. Sunrise over the sea was beautiful and if you get the chance I would recommend you rise early enough to see it The hosts were very friendly and left fresh juice, bread & cheese for our arrival. They often checked in to ensure we were enjoying our stay and found everything okay. Responded quickly to any questions. Brilliant hospitality. We come to Kalathos every year and we would definitely return to villa helios. You would need a car to get to the villa but it's a great base with so much being a short drive away. Into Lindos only 10/15 minutes drive but very busy and not as authentic as the local area. There's a lovely pebble beach close by in Kalathos with crystal clear waters . Nice restaurants a 25 minute walk away. We recommend Alli Fasi 1907. For longer trips we recommend driving to the West and visiting Fourni beach 😁👌🏻

We couldn't figure out how to turn off the automatic lights in the garden - some night this spoiled the view for stargazing. No big deal at all we just took out the electricity card 😁

C è stato un piccolo problema con il giardiniere che senza preavviso e senza palesare la sua presenza in casa ha iniziato a tagliare l erba del giardino alle 2 del pomeriggio mentre eravamo in casa a riposare

Great position, close to Lindos and a lot of beatiful beaches. The house has a wonderful garden and a good view. If you love the silence this is the right place.

The only point that I would suggest is to renovate a little bit the furnitures. It that case It could easily be a 9 or more.
