サイトで和室喫煙部屋を選べたので、その部屋の予約をしましたが、現地に着きチェックインしてみると、和室は全室禁煙だと スタッフの方のご厚意で部屋を替えて頂きました。そのことは感謝いたします

部屋のユニットバスに髪の毛があり、良くみるとユニットバスを洗っていないのに気付きました。アカが残ってザラザラしてましたし、黒い線が残ってました 気持ち悪くて洗面所も使う気になりませんでした… 夕食は最悪 家でも出さないような粗末なバイキング 刺身は鮮度が落ち生臭い 食べるものがありませんでした 朝食の方がましです お風呂も衛生的には感じませんでした

The staff are nice and helpful

The room was dirty all over. Bathroom smelled like amonia, wierd stains on the floor and walls. Itched all night.

Good location and cheap. I was on a cycling trip and didn’t want to have to travel farther than Sounkyo Onsen. All the nicer hotels were booked. So I booked here but then paid for a day pass to use the Onsen at one of the nicer hotels. Room was comfortable and had a nice view of the River. Room was spacious. Staff was nice.

Old building. Breakfast wasn’t very good.
