Studio apartment KIKI for 2, near Old Town & Beach, free WiFi

The place was great and the host was even better. Whenever we had a question, we received a fast answer / help. I can only recommend.

Very cozy apartment with everything you need. Quiet airconditioner, kitchen equipment, washing machine, hair dryer, towels.The bed is comfortable. Great location, shops are very close, short walk to the beach and to the old town. Good restaurants nearby. Great host :) I would come back anytime!

Be careful on the stair from the hall to the room :)

The apartment's location is fantastic. Walking distance to great beaches, the old town, shops, restaurants, etc. The apartment has an AC, which is definitely needed in Zadar during the hot summer months. There's a washing machine if you want to do laundry. The apartment block is quiet, even though it's located next to a hospital on a busy (and often quite noisy street). The host is friendly and easy to communicate with.

This apartment is perfect if you are planning to stay for a maximum of 3 nights. l feel very harsh saying this because the host was friendly, and we loved the location, but this apartment is somewhat unpractical for longer stays. We stayed here for a week but only had hot water for showers for 3 of those days. The bed is uncomfortable. There are also no extra pillows or bedding. The kitchen lacked some necessities for a holiday apartment: no wine glasses (or a corkscrew), no toaster, no hot water in the kitchen, etc. These things are, of course, based on one's preferences, and one can do without it. But it would be nice if these things were provided nevertheless.

I had a very nice stay. The apartment is well-equipped, there is everything you need. Close to the beach, the old town and the bus station. Great contact with the host and hassle-free check-in. 

Close to the central part of Zadar.

Too noisy. Near the road where cars and motorbikes can be heard even during the night.

Kristina is a great host, she’s very responsive and makes sure everything is fine during your stay. Easy check-in/out. The flat is small but well equipped with everything you need. And it’s very close to the bus terminal, the beach front and the old town. Very convenient!

Everything! The location is top-notch (super close to Kolovare Beach and the city center). Kristina was super friendly and helpful. I arrived very late, and she was super accommodating about that. The apartment itself is small but very cozy and great for 1-2 people staying. I also liked that the kitchen was equipped, so I was able to cook my own meals for the time I was there. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Kristina!

Everything was awesome. I couldn't get the hot water working in the kitchen, but that really wasn't a big deal, at all.

We booked this place as a budget option, but it exceeded our expectations! It was well-equipped and clean, and it had much more than expected. There was more than enough equipment available to us, all the cleaning products, including ones you wouldn't as for! The place is in close proximity to the old town, around 10 minute walk. There is a huge shopping center just minutes away (it's visible from the windows). The WIFI worked great, overall a nice surprise!

It's a budget option - keep that in mind and you will be pleasantly surprised!
