"Nu inteleg scorul mare pe care il are"

Este o proprietate curata, cu tot ce iti doresti, dar nu as mai reveni, deoarece are lipsuri

- la baie miroase tare urat, exista solutii si pt canalizarea comuna, cum ar fi o valva cu un singur sens, nu mai exista motive sa nu repari sa nu miroasa, eu inteleg ca e bloc vechi dar mirosea noaptea asa tare ca se imprastia cu usa inchisa in toata casa, si era un miros de fecale puternic - nu ai ce face in Mangalia, nu ai plaja sau distractii - canapeaua e f tare la dormit, mergea un topper

Apartamentul este curat, linistit, bine pozitionat si dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie + parcare privata. Singurul lucru care ar putea sa fie imbunatatit este o unitate de AC in dormitor pentru ca uneori cea din living nu reuseste sa racoreasca dormitorul. totusi nu ii voi scadea din nota pentru ca are rulouri exterioare peste tot iar pentru noi este foarte important.

Amabilitatea domnului care ne-a ajutat cu tot ce am avut nevoie. Casa foarte ingrijita. Bucataria foarte bine utilata.

Mai mirosea in baie de la canalizare probabil, dar ajuta ventilatorul si odorizantul.
