The owner was very kind. The house was spacious with a huge beautiful garden.

the apartment is super nice, ideal if you're planning to spend some time there, as you can enjoy the backyard or the big saloon if you wanna stay indoors.

at least in our apartment (the one just under the roof), the beds were right under some windows, and in the morning light was waking me up, cause even with the curtain closed, the light would pass underneath, right where my face was

Ci è piaciuto tutto: la cordialità dei proprietari, il giardino, la location vicina al bus per raggiungere Utrecht, la possibilità di parcheggio, la buona colazione, la pulizia.

Quiet location out of the city short 15 minute bike ride into Utrecht. Amazing breakfast and beautiful garden out the back with fresh fruit for picking

Soggiorno perfetto. La camera (pulitissima) era all'interno di un appartamento dotato di tutti i servizi Colazione super e gentilezza dei gestori. Consigliato!

licht inkom appartement deed het niet, airco deed het niet (blaast wel maar geen gekoelde lucht) dus moest venster open maar dan hoor je het geluid van de snelweg, koelkast lekt binnen waardoor alle voedingswaren nat werden, douchedeur is open waardoor alle water eruit sijpelt, vieze spreien op de bedden en slechts 1 handdoek per persoon voor 4 nachten !! Eigenaar wil niet meer handdoeken geven omwile van make-up vlekken (nooit gehoord van wassen op 90 graden?)- als vele hotels/pensions hetzelfde zouden denken, zouden ze allen hun deuren moeten sluiten .. make-up vlekken op handdoeken is het risico van het vak, kwestie van goeie wasmachine en op 90 graden wassen .. kan alleen maar concluderen dat eigenaar niet hygiënisch wil te werk gaan ... of vindt warm wassen té duur ... Wij hebben hier vorig jaar ook geboekt en waren bijzonder blij met de accomodatie maar wat is deze B& B erop achteruit gegaan dit jaar!! Zijn bang om te investeren?? Letten teveel op de portemonnee en niet op het welzijn van de klant .. jammer ..

We loved the accommodation, the locality, the access to rad and bus networks. The accommodation is lovely but not in a high class manner, but in a laid back relaxing manner. The room was larger than usual accommodation with further access to a kitchen area and a large stylish communal room. The breakfast is lovely and is brought to the room every morning, so you can eat inside or on the terrace or even in the garden, which is CA great choice to have. The garden is large with various sitting areas and options. The parking is secure

My only issue would be that it is not situated near shops or supermarkets. But that is a personal note as you'd need to drive or bus for shopping, if it's required.
