Le rapport qualité /prix n’y est pas du tout. La chambre n’est pas propre, sent fort l’humidité, en 3 jours le menage n’a pas été fait 1 seule fois. Le petit dej est très léger : English breakfast petite assiette de fruit, oeuf et tartine ( pas de buffet). Absolument tout est tiède (boissons,fruits). Pas de frigo dans la chambre. Comparer aux hotels à côté, la différence de prix s’explique juste par la presence d’une piscine. Le confort n’y est pas. De plus il y a énormément de corbeaux aux niveaux de l’hôtel ( pas dans les autres à coté ou nous sommes allés manger plusieurs fois).

Location was great, breakfast also nice

There was no TV even in the Deluxe Double Room. We experienced some issues with the room facilities; however, the staff resolved them by changing our room that night. In addition, a strong chlorine smell was noticeable in the swimming pool the following morning.

Location right on the beach, great pool, small friendly staff, very good breakfast, pool towels always available. Flexible and accommodating

Rooms could be enhanced, add duvets, maybe a cupboard and hair dryer

Hotel was amazing, we loved it. Staff were all very helpful. Few steps and you’re on the beach, very quiet, relaxing area. Lovely big clean pool which we had to ourselves most of the time (low season). We ate in the restaurant and explored other beach cafes nearby. Food was great. We were very happy with our room - booked a double with garden view. Deluxe room doesn’t mean it’s better - just that it sleeps 3 so should read triple room. Room was clean, stayed for 2 nights and the room was cleaned in between. Sunrise was stunning.

The people who work is really friendly and know how to treat guests. The food is top-notch.

The thing i did not like is the person in the reception was on the phone. I said him after paying for about 5 times to keep the invoice ready and he did not give a shit about it. He was in the phone. People have places to go to on time. He should treat the customers well but he failed. Only because of this i can give a 6 out of 10.

Прекрасный отель, останавливались семьей на 10 ночей, на Шри Ланке мы не первый раз, есть с чем сравнить, обьездили ее всю, в этом году решили заехать на восток , здесь идеально чисто, сотрудники отеля убирают каждый день, садовник чистит территорию и ухаживает за цветами, здесь есть очень красивый сад, номера убирают каждый день, отель на берегу океана, океан в Нилавелли просто сказочный, ни чем не уступает Мальдивам, ресторан в отеле начинает работать с 7.00, все вкусно, вы можете сами заказать себе по вкусу, ребята приготовят с удовольствием, за сервируют стол как в ресторане со звездой Мишлен), персонал помогает во всем , выбирайте этот отель, однозначно рекомендую, здесь полный релакс

amazing experience

De locatie zo aan het strand. Prachtig! En een schitterend zwembad. Het personeel doet echt alles voor je. Je komt aan, krijgt een koud washandje om even af te koelen. Lekkere smoothie. We hadden een koelkastje nodig voor de medicijnen, werd meteen geregeld. Eten in het restaurant was heel goed. Jammer dat ze niet alles hadden maar het is nu laagseizoen dus logisch ook.

WiFi was niet goed op de kamer en wij vonden de manager beetje vreemd. Misschien persoonlijk maar wij houden er niet van als iemand met zonnebril constant rondloopt, ook op plekken waar geen zon is en dan met je praat. Wij willen iemand in de ogen kunnen kijken. Hij leek zich ook een beetje verheven te voelen boven de andere personeelsleden,maar dat is hoe wij dit ervaren.

NN Beach Resort Nilaveli Wir verbrachten hier 3Wochen direkt am wunderbaren Strand von Nilaveli, einem der schönsten in Sri Lanka. Das Meer hat Badewannentemperatur und kann gefahrlos genutzt werden auch mit Kindern (wir waren im März/April hier). Strand-liegen, -tücher, - hüttchen damit man geschützt vor der Sonne ist. Eine ansprechende Gartenanlage mit großzügigem Pool überraschte uns sehr positiv. Es gibt sogar einen Sitzbereich mit Massagedüsen. Das Restaurant hat durchgehend geöffnet und bietet eine ordentliche Auswahl an Gerichten, auch Sonderwünsche werden nach Möglichkeit realisiert. Die Zimmer waren top, wurden täglich gereinigt, Handtücher gewechselt und die Betten gemacht ( das gab es in 30Jahren Sri Lanka noch nie). Manager Shan kümmert sich persönlich um jeden Gast, damit sich alle wohlfühlen und zufrieden sind. Wir fühlten uns hier pudelwohl und kommen definitiv wieder. Stunning location, right on a quiet section of the beach. Gorgeous pool with a sea view. Rooms clean and comfortable. Food was great. Staff were amazing, couldn’t have been more helpful. Loved our stay!

Minor point but would be good to have fridges in the rooms!
