NN Beach Resort Nilaveli

It has a good clean pool, places to relax and is directly on the beach.

The breakfast and vibe were a bit off. You couldn’t really choose or easily have a say in what you were given for breakfast eg my daughter was just given cornflakes and a pot of jelly. The vibe was very somber, where the place next door was full of laughter, smiling friendly faces (and also real coffee).

We liked the breakfast and staff were great!

The beach

The staff , does I ally the lady manager , who made the hotel like a school with her rules! Also there was no swimming pool access for both the days as it wasn’t clean. We were not given fresh towels the next day , the room cleaning was also denied , the manager said we clean the room every 2 days.overall it wasn’t a good stay at all highly not recommended

Beach was amazingly quiet and yet easy to walk to other atmospheric bars and restaurants. Good room size but we upgraded to the largest.

The restaurant service was really slow, and staff couldn’t understand what we asked for. They changed the chef and waiters half way through and the waiter was so helpful but chefs so slow. Such a shame. Clearly not trained properly and not their fault. The pool was always quite dirty too. A lot of hotel generated rubbish on the beach when gardening staff could easily periodically clean up once or twice a day. Again, seemed like it was always someone else’s job.

Everything. Very friendly staff, hotel beside the beach with a swimming pool. Advised place for sure in Sri Lanka!

Boutique style hotel with a nice pool and direct access to the beach. Miran was great. He always had a smile, organised sun beds, and if you pre booked your food, he’d have it ready for you. Fresh fish available every night.

Beautiful location, with a white sand beach for swimming, great swimming pool, beautiful gardens. The staff in the kitchen including a worker called Miran were very helpful and accomadating. We had very early starts for snorkelling and diving trips and they were willing to do early breakfasts which were very tasty.

The internet didn't work for the 3 days we stayed. Best to get a SIM card before going to the resort. We arrived during April New year public holidays and reception staff were not very friendly or helpful but kitchen staff were fantastic
