The location is great and the instructions given by the owner to find the place were easy to follow. Good shower pressure and beautiful view.

The mattress was much too hard for me. If you sleep on your side and are not accustomed to this type of mattress, then you may not find very comfortable. The room was also too hot but somebody figured out how to change the AC from the preset timer/temperature. I also found it a bit overwhelming to receive instructions over the phone in the evening. I did not want to bother others when I arrived in the evening. Written instructions with pictures would be great.

Location was excellent, 5 mins walk from bus stop, down some steps from the main Juifen tourist street. Full kitchen with fridge freezer etc. Amazing view from the rooftop. Big table and chairs in the commonroom. Great showers downstairs and toilets with sink in the dorms. Comfy pillows in the capsule beds. Pay cash at check in and Max the owner will help you with everything. Stay at least one night to experience the lantern streets when all the hoards of tourists leave, I stayed 4 nights. Slept so well because no outside noise.
