SCAMMERS. DISASTER. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. RUN AWAY FROM THIS TRAP. They took ALL of our money from booking.com of 460 euros for 3 nights, 4 days before our check-in date, and denied us to stay at their accommodation on the arrival day after getting details on our passport. The owner promised to REFUND us the FULL amount on the phone that day (via their very dodgy manager who accused us of being rude, who in fact, is racist). In our booking confirmation email, there was NO mention of the age restrictions that they have. They also did NOT ask us beforehand about our ages at all. At the property they decided to deny us to stay, and asked us to leave. Worse so, after going back and forth with booking.com's management multiple times, they decided NOT to refund us the money, and in fact, rejected the refund and took our money from booking.com. We called and emailed them numerous times, but they never answered. PLEASE AVOID BOOKING AT THIS PLACE AS THEY HAVE AN INSANE AGE RESTRICTION WHICH THEY DO NOT SPECIFY BEFOREHAND, AND TAKE THE FULL MONIES BEFORE DENYING YOU TO STAY AT THEIR ACCOMMODATION. I'm sure that many tourists have been turned down like that and scammed like that, but because they are a hostel they get away with everything. UNTIL TODAY, THEY DID NOT REFUND ANY MONEY THAT THEY PROMISED. BIGGGG DISGRACE FOR POSITANO.

You have been scamming tourists for a long time and you know that. Cut your silence and refund the full amount as you promised, as you denied us to stay at your accommodation, without asking us about our age before booking. The age restriction was NOT mentioned in our booking confirmation email.

Great location, close to the bus stop. Nice view, great outdoor terrace & the common areas were clean. The facilities are spacious and feel comfortable. Little on the pricey side for a hostel BUT it is positano so you cant complain.

You had to make your own bed, the staff provide you with bedding at checkin & then you are asked to remove it and bring it to reception at check out. Very strange and surely this is part of their housekeeping duties.

There were no hooks for coats or towels. But it was still awesome

Hermoso hostel muy bien ubicado, el colectivo en la esquina. El lugar tiene diferentes formas para llegar, por el camino que viene del centro de Positano, por las escaleras para quien está en buen estado físico o el bus que pasa cada 20 minutos y te deja en la esquina. Me encanto la terraza, bellisimas las vistas desde cualquier lugar del hostel y la atención excelente de los chicos de recepción como de los que limpian. Tuve una estadía maravillosa. Positano es un sueño y el hostel te lo muestra..Volvería mil veces! Ah! Y uno de los pocos lugar de Italia de todos los que viaje que en recepción hablan castellano.

Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist einfach atemberaubend! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, alles ist sehr sauber und die Bushaltestelle nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
