We only accept reservations for work, medical, family or any other reason other than tourism. Please note for stays longer than 28 nights 130€ /month of electricity will be charged . Please note that in case of key loss we will charge 100€. Please note visitors are not allowed in this property. The sofa bed in the living room is single and for children only. Guests can access the property autonomously through a link sent to their mobile phone via the internet. If you require in-person check-in, please notify us at least three hours in advance. Please note that in-person check-in carries an additional cost of €20.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
