It was a nice place to stay except for dishonest check out experience.

I booked for 7 nights and paid for 7 nights but when I went to check out, Mr Vinh charged for an extra night. He tried to say it is because the rate on booking.com was wrong, or because he put me in a bigger room. The excuse for charging me more kept changing. If he put me in a bigger room than I paid for, he should not have. I didn't ask for a bigger room. I do not recommend staying here. I paid the extra night, even though it was wrong.

Close to the beach

Super noisy! I heard the music from the neighbors in my room, even when they said the room would be soundproof..

Cheap little guesthouse located close to the beach and just off the main strip near restaurants and shops.

Unfortunately we had a few strange interactions with the host - firstly when we arrived (around midday) he showed us to our room and then 15 minutes later after we'd started unpacking/settled in he came to the room and told us we needed to move to a much smaller, cramped room with no explanation as to why (there was a bit of a language barrier) and despite walking past most of the other bigger rooms which were empty. Then late in the evening when we were in bed, he came and knocked on the door asking for the payment for the room, despite it being agreed beforehand we'd pay when we checked out. As well as this the doors to the rooms open out into the overgrown garden area so was extremely loud at night with various animal noises, and the door doesn't seal at all so we woke up with lots of mosquito bites and lots of insects in the room. The bathroom was pretty dirty and the towels smelt bad. Was bearable for a night but wouldn't come back and certainly wouldn't recommend!

Great place to stay in the centre of Mui Ne. We've stayed here before and will stay here again. Friendly, caring owners who take pride in the design of their property. Very good value for money.
