The Bay house Apartments , shanklin

The apartment was spotlessly clean and done to a very high standard Inside and out

The only thing I could fault was a charge for a pull out bed when we have paid for the apartment Everything else was exceptional

Everything. The communication was phenomenal. We had a personal issue on the day of travel and Louise sorted us out a later ferry. We were so utterly grateful. The accommodation exceeded our expectations. Attention to detail was exceptional. Location was perfect.

Spot on location, so close to the seafront but quiet and peaceful - found a lovely place for breakfast that we went to every day and found a lovely restaurant in Shanklin

Was disturbed for a short time in the middle of one night by a neighbouring property but the host of bay apartments had no control over that. And it didn’t last very long.

Close to beach and esplanade

Very hot in upstairs bedroom

Lovely modern apartment. Very comfortable with attention to details. Location was also great and just by the beach. Host was helpful with every step of the stay and kept in touch with clear instructions.

The only minor issue was the WiFi and we later found out the toilet WiFi worked just as good.
