Big room and washroom, and the price is cheapest

The staff, from starting i was there, keep yelling at me. Forgot to provide room key and let me go upstairs at floor 3 without knowing which room to stay. During check out, the staff again yell at me, asking about deposit. So, you don't have proper system to check customer.
