"Really Lovely"

Penny and Iain were so lovely and a wealth of local knowledge. Our room was fantastic, it was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great. I would highly recommend.

Pack shampoo and conditioner.

Fantastic location, very convenient for town but quiet and close to the water. Penny and Ian were great hosts, the property was beautifully presented with the bonus of a delicious breakfast. I’d definitely recommend it and will stay there again next time we need accommodation in Tauranga.

Nice quiet location at the end of a quiet street. Parking was right nest to the front door.

The walls are a little thin, but that is in the nature of these older buildings. It was a great stay regardless.
