Apartman is nicely decorated and clean.

The apartment was freezing cold. Inside the apartment, the temperature was literally 12 degrees Celsius (there is a thermometer). Since it was December, and it was cold) a couple of degrees above zero). I explicitly asked whether the apartment was heated, and the host replied that we should not worry and that it is warm inside. It turned out that the host did not turn on the heating. We had to sleep with all blankets, wearing wool hats, socks, and regular clothes on top of our pajamas. When we complained about it, the host said that they do not leave the heating on in advance, and wished us a lovely day.

*Urządzenie mieszkania ok. Czystość też dobra. *Szybkie zakwaterowanie i klucz w skrytce. *Kontakt przez booking ok - w miarę szybkie odpowiedzi *Na wyposażeniu też była kawa, cukier, sól czy olej. *Lokalizacja w połowie drogi między centrum Rijeki a Opatiją. Dla zwiedzających super. Przystanek autobusowy niedaleko (ale ogólnie komunikacja miejska słaba).

*Choć oferta była na pokój "z widokiem na morze" to niestety morza nie widać ani trochę. Widoki z okna na ściany, dachy, podjazd, ulice i czasem drzewa. Na dzień dobry poczuliśmy się oszukani. :( *Klima działa tylko na chłodzenie. Przyjechaliśmy w październiku i w mieszkaniu było zimno i wilgotno. Dogrzewaliśmy się grzałką elektryczną z łazienki. *Terma elektryczna na wodę - czas oczekiwania nie 30min, jak mnie zapewniano mailowo, a jakieś 2h.

Nach längerer Suche der Hausnummer das Haus in der 2. Reihe (Hinterhofcharakter) mit Nachfragen gefunden. Türschloss erst mit Hilfe der Nachbarin schließen/öffnen können. Weg zum Haus im Dunkeln mit Stolperfallen. Betten zu weich.

L'appartamento si trova in un cortile ma grazie al messaggio della proprietaria con le foto non è stato difficile trovarlo. L'appartamento arredato con gusto e semplicità a tutto quello che serve. Molto vicino al mare e anche il parcheggio non è stato un problema. Tutto bene lo raccomando a chi voglia un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo con buona posizione e molto pulito

Direi che sono più dettagli ma l'accesso all'appartamento potrebbe essere un pochino più curato, un pochino di rumore in cortile con i ragazzi che giocano a pallone (a me non da fastidio ma forse ad altri) e la lavatrice è un pochino grande per la nicchia e limita l'uso del WC

Lots of space, very clean, great location by the beach and only a short drive to the town center. Parking was always easily available on the side of the street.
