Тишина. Постельное белье и полотенца- чистые. За 4 дня удалось позавтракать один раз по типу шведского стола.

Очень грязный отель, кухня, двор. Номер очень грязный. Чистые только постельное белье и полотенца. Пыль везде- батареи, шкафы, шторы, ковролан. Одноразовые принадлежности- для разового использования, а не от заезда до выезда. За 4 дня удалось позавтракать 1 раз. По типу шведского стола, но все холодное. Посуда на кухне грязная. Постоянно приходилось просить- ложки, соль, салфетки. Столы грязные на столько, что после завтрака пришлось менять блузку - жирные следы на рукавах. Обедать и ужинать- рядом нет мест питания. Корзинка мегамаркет- работает в странном режиме- написано 24/7- закрылся в 20:00 31.12 и открылся через 2 суток в обед- нигде информации не было об этом. И особо чистотой не отличается от отеля. Если вы не на авто- в этом отеле делать нечего. За отсутствие завтрака- перерасчёта не сделали. На замечания не реагировали. Очень разочарована. На Новый год приезжали- худшего НГ у меня ещё не было.

Nos dejaron tirados sin habitación. No nos avisaron antes de llegar al alojamiento a mediodía de que habían tenido un problema con nuestra habitación. Nos dijeron que buscáramos otro hotel. No se hicieron responsables de nada.

This hotel attempted to overcharge us on arrival, refusing at first to respect the Booking.com price. We had to strongly insist before they finally applied the correct rate. A dishonest practice from the very beginning. The hygiene standards are absolutely unacceptable: bed sheets are clearly not changed between guests, hair and pubic hair were found in the bed, in another room, there were visible feces stains on the sheets. The most serious and shocking issue is the following: after removing the dirty sheets and bringing them back to the reception, I personally saw the staff reuse those exact same sheets for other guests, without any washing or replacement, even though we had had intimate relations in those sheets. This is extremely serious, disgusting, and represents a major health risk. We were also not placed in the room we had booked: the first room had no window, extremely poor soundproofing, located directly next to the reception desk. Changing rooms only made the situation worse, not better. On top of that, comfort is nonexistent: the mattresses are extremely hard, making it very difficult to sleep. There were also cockroaches in the room, which clearly reflects the extremely poor hygiene standards of this hotel. This hotel does not respect its guests nor basic hygiene standards. It absolutely does not deserve its current rating and should not be recommended on any booking platform. Strongly not recommended.
