The breakfast was perfectly cooked, delicious! The ensuite rooms were really comfortable and clean. The hosts were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. You have access to a beautiful sitting room to relax and read.

Het B&B is gelegen in een zeer rustige omgeving in West Sussex, maar is een prima uitvalsbasis voor diverse trips in de omgeving. David en Amanda zijn meer dan een voortreffelijke gastheer en gastvrouw.

Amanda and David were the consummate hosts. They helped me arrange my booking on the ferry to the Isle of Wight. And they even gave me a ride to a wonderful restaurant about 20 mins away and then picked me up.

A bit hard to find.

Had a 4 night stay here and really couldn't fault it. David, the host, was a lovely guy, very welcoming and brilliant as a host as well, nothing was too much trouble for him at all. Was happy to serve breakfast (a great full English!) at any time including early starts when we wanted, gave us some good advice on local routes to avoid traffic and was always friendly, happy and was nice to talk to at the end of our day. The accommodation itself was excellent - the room was really nice and everything was spot on. A lovely bathroom with a great power shower with instant hot water and all very clean. Also had a lovely garden that you were welcome to sit in of an evening if you so wished, a nice spot to sit and chill after a long day. Located in an absolutely beautiful part of the country, in a nice quiet lane and with a great pub that's well worth a visit only a very short walk away. Will not hesitate to visit again at some point in the future.

It was a lovely home in well kept gardens; it was well kept and clean. The owners were friendly, welcoming and very helpful and gave us tea on arrival. Rooms were of a good size and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent although we probably ate too much.

Thinner duvets would have given more comfort, particularly as we arrived during a heat wave, The sign at the entrance was just visible, with plants threatening to obscure it. In evening light we missed it as we drove slowly down the lane and found it easier as we drove back up.

Lovely area. Very secluded. Lovely house. I was very comfortable. The host gave me good advice about driving safely and the hostess was a very competent cook! I did 4 trips which were all great.

Had a bit of trouble finding it. May be best to head for the nearby pub and then ring for directions.

Great location, amazing room, close to a wonderful restaurant/pub, and excellent insider info on the places to see, and tourist raps to avoid.

The property was clean and well maintained. The facilities were excellent - very clean en suite, the bed was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was lovely and the host prepared what we wanted, we even got to choose the time we would like breakfast
