Rosanna House

Great location but about 3 flights of narrow and steep stairs. Staff was very friendly and the check-in was a breeze. The primary bed mattress is a very basic spring mattress and the pillows provided were not the greatest.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Rosanna House in Vernazza. The apartment is lovely and spacious (even more so than the photos), with a view of the marina from the front windows in the living room. It's quite lively during the day due to being above the main street and great for people watching. Though it quiets down at night with the windows closed for a peaceful rest (for those sleeping on the sofabed, very comfy by the way). Just a note that the entry is on a quiet side street so you feel like you're living as a local. Alex is a wonderful host, super friendly and responsive. Everything was smooth with check in, and he and a friend helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs.🙂 We highly recommend this apartment for its location (5 minutes from the train station), amenities (full kitchen with a washing machine) and welcoming host. This made for a wonderful experience and very pleasant memories of our stay in Vernazza!

Steep internal stairs, but that’s to be expected when staying in any of the 5 villages

The owners were very kind and amenable, the location could not be better, the apartment is perfect for three friends on a short stay.

The only thing was, as the windows look out onto the main street, it was quite noisy in the early mornings during delivery time. So ear plugs would be useful.

Alex was an excellent host. He made sure we were well taken care of. A very nice man we could see the harbor from our living room window. I peaked out the window every day and saw the beauty of the harbor and market place before we left our apartment.

I didn't like: after 10 a.m. the train and harbor folks saturated the town. I can only imagine what summer is like. Lots of people.

This is a clean, good sized apartment close to the water front in Vernazza. The living room area is large with a sectional sofa. The host was very responsive. I would recommend.

Not a problem for me, but not for someone who struggles with stairs.

Location is great, apartment is in the heart of the action . Spacious, clean , comfortable. Lovely aspect towards the water. Alex was amazing. Helpful, knowledgeable. Alex went above and beyond to help. He made our stay even more memorable:)
