We only saw the couple running this accommodation the day we arrived and day we left . No breakfast included. And 50 stairs to reach the room in this private apartment.

Nothing. As someone who prefers to spend my days exploring, the quaint location was perfect to avoid the tourist traps of other locales while offering relative ease of access to them by reliable public transport. I could not fault the accommodation or host in any way.
ILlocation was ok.
There was a bug on the bed, shower was a full disaster, no pressure of water at all, was impossible to take a shower. We were 3 people and only 2 big towels. no fridge, no water, no even glass…. or kettle …. I was not ready for such uncomfortable staying.
CNIsabel and Maruo are super nice people, and they really made my day in Verona a lot worthy than I expected. Their apartment is extremely clean and tidy, and has everything you would need at an apartment. I feel like home when staying with them, and they are so nice to even offer me a free ride to the airport. Definitely recommend staying with them and I will come back if I'm in Verona again.
