The house is spacious. But it is not maintained well

The service was bad. We had visited with our child and any request that we made took hours to get back. The service guys look inexperienced in hospitality sector. They were crude and did a half ass job in cleaning too. We stayed here for 5 nights, we were charged high, but even the sheets weren't changed at all during the stay. Our bathroom toilet tank kept leaking, electricity fluctuated everytime we switched on geyser or microwave. The service guys came on the last night around 11pm and asked us to make payment by card. They came asking 'Paisa' which was so rude. The house has potential, but the stay was nothing like what I expected. Disappointed 😞

5 star feeling never felt i am away from my home

No issues

The room was very specious well equipped kitchen with the polite behaviour of the staff

Wanted hard bed, but got very comfortable bed

Homely feeling, the team was very helpful and helped to clean the room when ever asked. Also helped to buy the groceries and necessary iteams

I went to the hotel and was made to wait about 25 mins for the owner to come before I could check in. Then I was told that all rooms were occupied. At this point I decided to leave. Another thing, the name of the hotel 'Classic Heights" was no where written on the property. I had to identify the building from the photo on booking.com. Just horrible.

I had reached the hotel around 6 pm. Because the arrival was late, I had even called the property around 3:30 PM or so to confirm. On the phone I was assured that I would have the room even if I checked in late in the day.
