The parking by other guests was haphazard hence parking was difficult firstly, the air conditioner was not working properly, no ceiling fan was available at all. Since reached the property around 11pm , no other rooms were available and did not want to search for any other property. The reception informed that hotel is fully booked. So no choice. Pls see that AC unit is repaired before someone else complains ( room #301)

Staff polite attitude

Limited facilities that staff couldn't help evn though they wanted too. Very polite staff. But management is poor by owner.

No water, kettle with flies, problems were not fixed, no support from their management

Hot water issues, the kettle had a fly in it due to which we had food poisoning, at times there was no water in the bathroom and we had to use another place for usage of water

Nothing at all, wanted to move out the very next day but due to ignorant response, no refund option & unnecessary delay had to just adjust. Absolutely disappointing, surely not worth the money & images provided on website are almost like a scam to what the property & the room actually looks like in real life. However, services were quick.
